Stylecraft Love Letters to Autumn Misty Moors CAL by MadebyAnita

 There’s something magical about autumn — the changing colours, the softer light and the cosy feeling of making as the seasons turn. That’s why we are so excited to introduce Love Letters to Autumn, a new crochet-along designed with MadebyAnita.

Inspired by the beauty of the countryside as summer fades into autumn, Anita has created a blanket that celebrates the season in colour, texture and stitch.

 The CAL begins with simple granny squares before gradually introducing new techniques in each part. You will explore working in rounds and rows, creating texture with different stitches, tapestry crochet and surface crochet. Each stage builds on the last, making it a rewarding project for confident beginners and experienced crocheters alike.

There are two fantastic colourways – Original and Misty Moors, both made using Stylecraft Special DK.

Pattern is released in 6 weekly parts from 1st September 2026 –  6th October 2026

Each Original pack includes 12 x 100g Balls of Stylecraft Special DK, paper carrier bag, woven label and a 10 pack of branded yarn bobbins.

You will also need 3.5mm, 4mm and 4.5mm crochet hooks ( these are not included )

The Getting Ready guide will be available from 25 August, with the free CAL launching on Tuesday 1 September. New parts will be released weekly until 6 October on the Stylecraft website.
